Standard screen size is 14″ x 17″.
For all our orders we use Gildan 64000 Softstyle. On any orders were a size or color is out of stock/unavailable, we will replace with Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton.

Design should be sized to print. Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG.

Turnaround time is 4-7 business days plus shipping time. Turnaround time starts when your order is paid for and you have approved the proof mocks. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order. For rush orders, an additional fee may apply. Any circumstances out of's control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.
Yes. The minimum is 48 count per artwork/print location.
Yes. Different t-shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same.
You can order as many different shirt sizes as you need per group size. i.e., adults, youth, toddler. You DON’T have to order in dozens.
Unfortunately, we only print on t-shirts we order through our distributors to ensure prompt delivery and quality check. We use one of the leading brands in the industry and popular soft style tee.

The total amount due of your order will need to be paid in full before your order can begin.
Base color is a base coat of white used on darker garments so that the other colors printed on top “pop” off the dark background. Imagine primer for painting a wall – if you don’t prime the wall the paint is dulled by the coat of paint under it. The difference between an under-base and discharge is that discharge actually “bleaches” the pigments of the shirt to a bone white allowing a softer less thick print to be applied on top.
Yes, we will send you a digital mockup so you can review and approve placement. Once approved we will begin production. We also provide a physical proof. There is a fee that will be provided depending on the artwork to print and we will mail the sample via UPS Ground.
Yes, the cost is $15 per tee and will be mailed via UPS Ground.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the UPS Tracking number. Once your order ships UPS will be fully responsible for any damage, lost, or misplace of your order.
We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of size, and we want you all to know that. Any order printed differently than the proof approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email us to submit your claim. If is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.
